    Yes, creating an account is free. You are only billed for the environments you create and manage through our platform.

    While LayerOps charges per environment created, please consider any fees from your cloud providers or costs related to your on-premises infrastructure.

    All plans include community support. For the Basic and Premium plans, an optional "Business Support" package will be available for an additional cost. Pricing and details of the Business Support will be defined when these plans are officially launched.

    The orchestrator is deployed on a single cloud provider and it does not guarantee HA. If the chosen cloud provider experiences downtime or issues in the region where your orchestrator is hosted, your environment may become temporarily inaccessible. For better HA, we recommend opting for a Multi Cloud orchestrator.

    The orchestrator sizes (S, L, and XL) refer to the size of the virtual machines (VMs) hosting the orchestrator. Each size provides different resource capacities to support various workload requirements.

    The count of services and instances is based on the maximum scaling defined for each. For example, a single service that scales from 1 to 10 would fully utilize the service limit in the Basic plan.

    Yes, since LayerOps deploys on your own cloud accounts, you can utilize any existing credits or discounts provided by your cloud service providers.

    Pricing is per environment, allowing unlimited users within each environment. However, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), which provides precise access to environment resources, is only available in the Premium plan.
